What do I need to bring to a group fitness class?

Like any good workout, preparation is key.

Bring a towel and a water bottle
Arrive early 10-15 minutes early and check-in at reception (or collect class token)
Say hello to your instructor and let them know about any medical conditions or injuries
Set up your station with all the required equipment. Need a hand? Just ask!
Most importantly, have fun!
